After listening to our customers, we have now altered our pricing structure at Pendragon Radiators to include the VAT. All prices throughout our website are now showing the VAT already added to our prices. Hopefully this will help to stop customers being disappointed when they get to the shopping cart, only to realise the tax still has to be added.

With the current season now well under way, it’s time to start thinking about ordering your new fireplaces, radiators or stoves in time for Christmas fitting. Fitters are now filling their diaries fast with orders up to Christmas so if you want a new fireplace to hang your Christmas stockings on, NOW is to time to buy.

With 11 years experience in fireplace retail, a regular sales pattern shows a late rush of Christmas orders every year, so it is important to plan ahead when buying. We always advise to get a fitter around now to check your chimney/flue before ordering. Once placing an order, delivery usually takes approximately 5 working days for fireplaces and stoves. If ordering cast iron radiators, delivery time is about 3 weeks, due to the time it takes for painting, assembly and testing (times may vary).
